At 10:30 am today, a manual review of MySource card declines was performed and a pattern was identified with transactions from Walgreens being declined. The situation has been identified as Walgreens having an issue with their acquiring bank's MasterCard ICA number. We have since been in contact with Walgreens and they are currently investigating the situation to resolve it. Additional information will be provided once the issue has been addressed.
